Christina Durinick, BSN, RN
With over 20 years of nursing experience, Christina Durinick has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, high-quality care. Beginning as an LPN in 2004, she advanced her education to become an RN, earning her ASN in 2016 and BSN in 2023 and currently working toward her APRN. Her background includes skilled nursing, home care case management, and leadership roles in assisted living as a Director of Health and Wellness. She has also served as a CPR instructor and educator in medication administration.
Christina’s passion for patient-centered care stems from witnessing the challenges many individuals face in today’s healthcare system—particularly the lack of time spent educating patients on managing chronic conditions and navigating multiple providers’ directives. She believes in building strong relationships with patients and their families, fostering trust, and ensuring they have the knowledge and support to maintain their health and independence.
Shaine Belli, ASN, RN
With over a decade of experience in healthcare, Shaine Belli has dedicated her career to improving the well-being of seniors. Starting as an LPN in 2014 and later becoming an RN in 2023, she has worked extensively in assisted living, skilled nursing facilities, and home care. Most recently, she served as an RN Designee in an assisted living facility, where she gained a deep understanding of the unique healthcare needs of older adults.
Shaine’s motivation for co-founding Longevity Premier Concierge Nurses, LLC comes from seeing firsthand how seniors often struggle to understand their physician’s instructions or manage their health due to time constraints in traditional healthcare settings. She is deeply committed to patient advocacy, clear communication, and ensuring clients feel empowered to make informed healthcare decisions.
